Hi! Thanks for signing up for your own real estate website. If you’re looking for a home and sort of know what you’re looking for, this is going to be quite helpful. First, I will create a website just for you. I will initially populate your personal website with all of the homes that meet your particular criteria. Then, as more homes that meet your criteria come on the market, they will be added to your website and you’ll be immediately notified by email. You’ll know as soon as the agents do!
To set you up, you’ll need to supply me with your name, email address (which I’ll keep private), and your search criteria. I will usually get this set up within a day but it could take longer depending on how busy I am. (Feel free to call me if you’re in a hurry.) Once it’s set up, I’ll let you know by email. Also, you will be able to change your search criteria or cancel it anytime by just emailing me. Please let me know what you think of this.
