Thanks to many of your neighbors, I was able to get temporary possession to the blueprints of most of the Aegean Hills models. I had them digitized and now can put them on a CD-ROM free of charge. Just call or EMAIL ME and I’ll bring over a copy.

A.H. Floorplans and Blueprints - See an overview of all the models in Aegean Hills and see the floorplans for each model. You can request to have a CD-ROM of a blueprint of your model sent to your home.
A.H. Classified Section - Several of your neighbors have submitted ads for their businesses. If you’re in need of a service that’s listed, I encourage you to give them a try. In some cases, I’m familiar with the business and if I was happy with the service, will recommend them. Also, you can submit a request to advertise your business. I’ll even add a webpage just for your business.
A.H. Remodeling Ideas - Several of the homeowners in Aegean Hills have remodeled their homes. Check out this section to see what changes they’ve done. It might give you some ideas on what you can do with your home. Feel free to add your own ideas.
A.H. Original Brochure - This is kind of cool and some of you will get a kick out of it. It’s a copy of the original brochure used by Alscot Development when first marketing Aegean Hills. This copy was made available to me by the late Pat Miller (Acropolis Dr.).
GARAGE SALES - I try to hold a community garage sale every two years. Any more frequent and the participation drops considerably. The next garage sale will be in the April 28, 2012 . For the garage sales I advertise in the O.C. Register and PennySaver, place large banners on the exterior of the Aegean Hills tract, and place directional signs within the tract. I also arrange donation pickups for those that are interested. I’ll be sure to send out several notices a few months prior to the event.
